    Doug Rahaim has always enjoyed working with others and is ready to take on new challenges that arise in Real Estate with every deal. He has a passion for the negotiating a deal on behalf of his client, walking them through the process start to finish, taking away the perceived stress in buying and selling homes and letting his clients enjoy the experience. Doug has always been a team player through involvement in sports from youth to college and has found that when working with a team, great things can be achieved. He is excited to be part of the Simon Thomas Homes and is looking forward to a prosperous future. For those that know him and those who work with him it is easy to see that Doug is energetic and outgoing, determined, enthusiastic, imaginative, and decisive.

    Doug has been involved in Real Estate since he graduated high school. He knew he wanted to make it his career after his first deal. He graduated from Northwood University with a major in finance and management, and spent 2 years in sales at Brown & Brown Insurance Agency sharpening his sales and negotiation skills. He came back to his true passion in real estate spending the majority of his early career in investment properties and managing construction projects for clients from California to New York and Europe. He has purchased and sold homes personally throughout southeastern Michigan and has a great understanding on the ever changing market place. He takes great pride in producing results for his clients.
